You can buy tickets anytime online, powered by OvationTix. Online purchases include a convenience fee. Online payments may be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

By Phone
Call our Box Office 773-281-TIME (8463) x24. We request payment in advance via Visa or Mastercard; no service fees.

TimeLine's Box Office Hours are:

  • MONDAY: Closed
  • TUESDAY: 12 pm - 5 pm
  • WEDNESDAY : 12 pm - 5 pm (8:30 pm on performance dates)
  • THURSDAY: 12 pm - 5 pm (8:30 pm on performance dates)
  • FRIDAY: 12 pm - 5 pm (9 pm on performance dates)
  • SATURDAY (performance dates only): 12 pm - 9 pm
  • SUNDAY (performance dates only): 12 pm - 3 pm

In Person
On performance dates, starting one hour prior to curtain, tickets may be purchased at the TimeLine Box Office at 615 W. Wellington in Chicago. We strongly encourage you to reserve tickets by phone or online, as seats are subject to availability.

At Sold-Out Performances
If a performance sells out (call the Box Office to confirm if a performance
has sold out or not), TimeLine does have a stand-by policy.

Starting one hour prior to a sold-out performance, the Box Office Manager will begin a wait list. At curtain time, in the event of last-minute cancellations or
no-shows, and at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and House Manager,
seats may be released and sold to those on the waiting list on a first-come,
first-served basis, with one exception: TimeLine subscribers on the wait
list will receive priority. We will not take wait list names over the phone;
you must arrive in person to sign up.
We cannot guarantee that seats will
become available, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
